I want my old washer back!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this washer for a year now and I absolutely hate it. I don't see how they think that these new machines get things clean. I have had to rewash the same load multiple times to try and get it clean. The spin cycle just winds it all up and you get all the dirt and lint stuck in all the creases. I've wanted to soak some items and how can you soak it when it's not immersed in the water, only 1/2 of it? If you try and stop it while it's full to sit it just empties on you. I am short and also have a hard time getting items out of it and now can't reach the cabinets above since they are higher and stick out farther. We are planning to move and I plan on leaving this washer and dryer with the house and find an old style machine!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My Dream Dryer

It dries quickly and love that the door opens 2 ways it makes loading easy, love the dry rack and steam feature haven't had any issues since I bought it. you must keep the lint cleaned out.But I don't have any problem with that. Would highly recommend it to anyone . It's really quiet also. Does everything I expected and more.

Tried to use the steam function and the clothing came out soaking wet. Dryer is supposed to sense when clothes are dry but I have to keep restarting to get it dry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this for 1 year. I gave it 4 stars because it doesn't always dry all of the clothes in 1 load and I often have to re-start it but aside from that, it's reliable
