I was searching for something that I could make a bring dishes that are baked but need to stay warm, to office get-togethers. This was the perfect solution. Sturdy, sleek appearance ( I purchased the stainless steel), fairly lightweight. I swore that I didn't need a 4th Crock Pot! I do not regret it. Best purchased I've made in a while.

I really like it, but I was surprised at how heavy the crockpot itself is. Of course I am older and don’t have the strength that I used to have, so it is a little difficult to wash, I’m afraid of breaking it.

I love the locking lid and the shape. BUT - I dropped the insert and it broke. :( How can I get another one?
