[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My primary attraction and reason I purchased this item was that it has strong spring loaded latches on each end of lid, as well as a full circumference rubber gasket for a 100% vapor seal. Items like my homemade slow cooked baked beans, finally are perfect every time, since all the vapor is kept from escaping!!
