Replacement Crock?

This is one of my favorite Crock Pots and I use it often. As others have mentioned I do think it cooks rather hot and after last night's meal, I noticed that the crock is cracked across the entire bottom and liquids from the meal spilled out into the cooker. Can I get a replacement crock? Should I upgrade to a newer model? I worry about the safety.
I would recommend this to a friend!
