filter is too slow

i bought and set it about 6 weeks ago and already the water supply is clogged.
the filters are becoming too quickly filled with substances they are filterring to make then unusable!!
please redesign.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My main concern with water filters is that they leave my water tasting crisp & delicious. This water filter does that. It was easy to install. Since this refrigerator and filter are new to me, I cannot comment on how long the filter will keep my water tasting fresh and clean. It is my hope that this filter will last 6 months. I have more fear of using a contaminated filter than I do of using no filter at all, so I will probably change my filter more often than is necessary. I think the price is fair if it lasts 6 months.

I don't care for tap water usually. I can usually taste the minerals in it when it isn't filtered. Thankfully, once I purchased this, I was able to drink the water just fine. I will be purchasing this regularly as needed!
