We purchased these filters in the past and all was great. This last one has severely slowed the flow rate. two stars because it still works just annoyingly slow.

I signed up to have the factory filter delivered on a 6 month schedule. Now I don't have to track when it needs to be changed or go to the store to buy it!
Quality factory correct part shows up, gets installed, fresh water & ice for another 6 mos.

Purchased this filter about a month ago. I forgot to fill it with water so I wonder now if that's why it doesn't fill the glass faster.
