Made ice maker perform!!

So pleased when we turned off appliance to melt lines, changed out filter and worked for water and ice, clear clean water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ice taste weird

I thought the filter was old that's why there's a weird taste to the ice. Changed the filter and dumped all the ice out. Followed the instructions and it's been a little over a month and the ice still has this weird taste to it :(

Dispenser Leaks with Use

For some reason, after replacement of the water filter, water dribbles out of the dispenser after use. This never happened before we replaced the filter, but we have to hold the glass under the dispenser for about 15 seconds to avoid getting water spilled on the floor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Fit....Makes Water Taste Great!!!!

This water filter is the one specifically for my GE refrigerator. Although there are many “off brand” models, I prefer to know when I’m drinking water 98% of my day that the filter is GE recommended.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Makes loud noice

After installing, the filter makes a deafening noise. Lots of examples of this on the Internet. Also, the flow is restricted so it takes an excruciatingly long time with so much noise. The water tastes not bad
