We bought this because it's a genuine GE replacement part and we were leery of the off brands. I don't know how you review a water filter, they're out of sight, out of mind.

Installed- makes loud noise.
Removed and installed again-was ok for a few drinks, then noise started again. Sometimes we get a full glass of water without loud noise, sometimes half glass and sometimes noise the whole time glass is filling
