Simple to install

I do like the auto-notification email that reminds me that my filter needs replacement as well as the offer to get it at a reduced price (and free shipping)! The filter itself is very easy to replace & install in the refrigerator.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very easy to install replacement filter!

I bought this house a year ago and just discovered the filtered water spigot! So, I needed a replacement filter and found it here. It was very easy to install and the water is definitely better! Thanks!

Poor flow / Easily clogged

They remove chlorine, but it takes a while to fill a glass. My last one stopped flowing after a few weeks, and the one before had a slow leak that had to be sopped-up very few days. But they're a snap to install, and what choice do I have?

These work very well for filtering the funky city water I have. I prefer this filtered water over bottled water actually.
