I’m enjoying my new GE refrigerator, the pullout shelves are fabulous. I also signed up for the every 6 months water filter shipment. I’m not the greatest at remembering changing the water filter, now one will show up at my front door.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Flow reduces to painfully slow speed

The flow is great initially but then slows down significantly over a period of time that is still within the recommended replacement period... it becomes so painfully slow, sometimes I cannot even bother to wait for the water to dispense from the fridge and just resort to tap water. It is a filter issue because each time we replace the filter, the flow speed picks up again. These filters are expensive so I am reluctant to change them more often than prescribed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

GE makes it easy to remember when my product needs to be replaced and make ordering online easy and more affordable with the coupon they always enclose. Very easy to install as well. Great product!

It's a good refrigerator and has the features I wanted. Also own another GE appliance and it is excellent. I rally like the water filtration system and ease of access.
