I was prompted to purchase this specific filter when I registered my fridge. It is the wrong filter.

it will be helpful if the filter change light be on after 300 gallons of water dispensed instead of every 6 months as household size varies and consumption varies as a result.

Water has returned to the speed and pressure it was when the fridge was new. And I like that the replacement frequency is 6 months instead of 3 like the off-brand models. Water quality taste and smell is excellent. So is the coffee.

Mwf ge filter does not fit

The mwf ge filter copywrite 2013 does fit. The mwf ge filter copywrite 2025 DOES NOT FIT. Why did you change it? BAD FILTER!

The MWF now called MWFP is designed to fit in the same slot that MWF filters do. We recommend checking with our parts team to help find the compatible filter for your model. They can be reached at 1-877-959-8688.
