Fits well

Recently, I tried using a substitute brand filter that supposedly would fit my GE refrigerator. However, I could not get the substitute one to attach. I went back to the manufacturer filter as it attached easily.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not working well

My water filter is not working well. Tried to email GE but email or chat not working. Water stops in the middle of filing a glass and I have to release and start over.
