Not packaged well for sending

I always ordered them online.I always order three and this time they were all in the same mailing pouch but not in a single box. The packaging they were sent in was not very substantial like it usually is.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Filter does not fit.

My refrigerator model is gse25gshbcc. Current replacements will not fit (top slightly different) and the photos of what you are showing as my filter look just like the ones I have that don’t fit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We want to help out with getting your filter installed. You can check out the following link for a helpful video that goes over the instructions and steps. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vlnnTJoNxQk). Also, some models manufactured after June of 2018 will use XWFE filters. So, it can be worth it to check your manufacturing date.

Filter not fitting

My new house is outfitted with a GE Monogram M# ZISB42DCA - S#F2038107. This replacement filter suggested is not able to attach, as the hole in the socket is much smaller. It seems an adapter piece is missing between filter and socket. No place in the instruction manual or the replacement video does it mention to keep this piece when replacing the filter. Is it possible to buy at new adapter?

Would not work. Tried multiple times and it would cause my fridge to make loud noise and water would not come through dispenser. When I put the old filter back in the water would work fine again.
