OEM Is Better Than Others

I tried others because they were a little cheaper in the price. But the water had an aftertaste. I checked out the GE website and they were running a discounted price for the filters. Much better tasting water than the others.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not as good as usual

Ive been ordering this filter for years and it normally does a great job but I think something may be wrong with this last one. The water comes out super slow and sometimes it won’t even come out at all. I’ve tried taking it off a couple of times and putting it back on but nothing has helped. Hopefully the next one won’t be like this one. The water does still taste good though.

We recommend returning that filter to your retailer for an exchange and see if that doesn't resolve the issue with the water flow.

No Good, filter will not screw on refrigerator.

The filter is not able to attach to the refrigerator. No Good It is the correct filter. It will not seal or tighten. As I said I have been changing this filter twice a uyear for 6 years to the same refrigerator. I ordered it on line for you in the last month. Until now I have had no problems. There are no pictures or videos.

Filter is no good

This is the third one I have bought from GE and the filter does not last a month before the water doesn’t come out anymore. I put the by pass in the filter spot and get all kinds of water but with filter in I get no water. The filter does not last a month😡
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We'd like to provide some information on when to replace your water filter. The water filter will need to be replaced after every 170-200 gallons of dispensed water or sooner based on the water sediments in your area that has to be filtered. You can contact your local water company for more details on the water sediment in your area.
