I'm glad that you asked. I intended to ask "now what is wrong?" A friend with a similar experience noted that they then had to call for service and discovered that water line had collapsed. I obviously need service of some sort. Can you arrange that?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have it sent automatically and that is an easy way to make sure that I have a new filter every six months. I like the features and the improvements recently added to the water filters.
