Easy replacement!

We just bought this house with a filtered-water refrigerator last year, and I was afraid to touch the water filter for fear I'd end up with water spraying everywhere when I replaced it. Turns out you just give it one turn by hand to unscrew it, and once you've soaked the new filter just screw it in. No mess. Easy!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Water tastes better

This is our first fridge with a water filter but it also has an ice maker. It is easy to install and and we can tell when it's time to change it because the water starts tasting funny. I set up an automatic program so they just bill me and send a new one every 6 months.
I would recommend this to a friend!

For some reason, the old filters I used lasted 6-9 months. The last two barely lasted 2 months and then my water goes from hard stream to barely coming out. May be something in the pipes. Help!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
