We have been buying this profuct from GE for 18 years as out fridge is 18 years old and workin great! No . Our dridge works great and the water and ice always always taste great!

I bought a replacement filter and installed in in my refrigerator myself. It is very easy to install with helpful hints.

This is the worst filter ever-makes water taste worse with it than without it believe it or not!! I bought a replacement and still tastes terrible!!

I had never had a problem during the first 5 years

I had never had a problem during the first 5 years, about 5 months ago I contacted your customer service and explained the slow water flow after just a couple months into the filter use. The new filter I have is also beginning to slow the water flow after just two months. It is just my wife and I using it and we normally use one filter for a year due to the little use it gets in our home. WHY is the water flow so slow? Is it intentionally made that way to force replacement? If so, I would like a refund and ask if there is another brand I can use-- cause I do not like this.
