The product that I purchased was the water filter for my refrigerator. When I purchase appliances, I try to always buy the genuine parts. I am glad that I did. The filter came within a few days of ordering and it was easy to install.

GE Technician who serviced our refrigerator / freezer had it on his truck and recommended a change of the filter at only the item price. No charge for installation. Glad I took him up on his offer.

Whilst this is a good product with innovative features and tremendously conveinient, it failed to eradicate the chemical/chlorine taste of the county water here in Maui HI. Still a massive improvement though!
