I am expecting great service from the product. It has only been in for 2 days and so I haven't used it much. I plan to use the convection roast option for a beautiful lamb roast this Sunday for Easter. I will update if possible then. I have used the cooktop and it is great.

I just had this oven installed 3 days ago and I'm already in love! I actually bent down and hugged it! I've roasted, baked and everything was done to perfection. It's easier to wipe down any spills on the top than it was with my black glass top.

Only problem is the SS burner surface scratches very easily therefore requiring care when removing and replacing the two heavy burner grates.

Performs well. I wish the timer would either blink or have seconds on it. You can't tell its working and counting down until a full minute has passed by. I have yet to use the convection feature. Could've saved money by just purchasing a standard oven.
