We bought the range a few months ago and are very happy we chose this one. The oven is large and we love the 5 burner cooktop.

This oven/range is unbelievable! I love it and have rediscovered baking and cooking because it's just so easy to use! What a beautiful product ! I have not yet tried the self clean feature so that will be the ultimate test. But I anticipate it will work just fine. The oven heats up fast and closes firmly so little or no heat escapes. Babies will not get burned touching the door! That was important to me! I'm a grandma of four and another on the way! I love my babies and worried about the oven heat as they toddle around in my kitchen! No worries! I highly recommend this product! You will not be disappointed! :)

The oven is a beast

This range has an oven that is fantastic.....I love it.
The stove is designed very well and it also cooks great.
The burners are set in a manner that it evenly cooks.

However , I have two knobs that do not function properly. There is a small metal piece that falls out, without it the knob just spins and never engages. The good news is that GE customer service is great......The knobs were replaced with one phone call.:>)

I like the good looks. It's not coming clean on the burners. The burners have an inferior quality. I installed it 5/20, two months ago and the stains on the burners will not come off. If you brush it with the grill, it easily scratches the SS. I like to keep my stove spotless.

Range goes in at back so it doesn't comply with granite bridge. Disappointed in the fit, expected slide in to fit not have openings

nice looking but has its problems

Bought this range about a month ago. The owners manual is at best ambiguous.it seems its primary purpose is to protect GE's liability rather than be of actual value to the customer. The unit produces unbelievably obnoxious fumes when new. We ran the self cleaning cycle first thing and had to open all the windows and doors to venitillate the house not only for the three hours of the cycle but overnight before the house was normal again. No, we didn't put anything in the oven before and their was no ash or residue left after the self cleaning cycle. The island install instructions are useless. AND IT EATS LIGHT BULBS, AS WE CANT GET GE APPLIANCE BULBS TO LAST MORE THAN THREE HOURS . ON OYR THIRD BULB.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just started using this and I really like the fact that that I can fine tune the burners and oven for very accurate results. It looks great and does a very nice job on any meal you prepare.
