Inadequate Owners Manual

There are several "features" that are covered in Owners Manual that will not work as stated, we have found no way to verify that those functions and settings are included with our range or not. Need a glossary of terms in common English! Our range looks impressive but the look is deceiving.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

nice stove

I live with a chef and he likes cooking on it. It has nice features and works well. My complaint is it's hard to clean and scratches easily.
