[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely loved this washer, until I didn’t. Purchased in 2017 as a top of line product but stopped working completely. Request for service online was no help since this model has been discontinued. Looking to purchase a new one but they are all lower capacity and fewer features. So sad.
