I am pleased with the washer, although I am concerned about the water level in the tub. It is lower than I am used to seeing with my previous washer. I assume this is normal for this type of washer. The clothes seem to be clean, so I guess it is just me.

Great for a large family.

We bought this after researching the best machine for a large family. This works fabulously for our family. (We have 13 children.) The amount of clothes it can wash alongside the various options make it a great product. I also enjoy the clear explanations of the various features in the owner's manual. I refer to it often. The only 'complaint' is that my poor dryer can't keep up.

This is the best washer I have ever owned (and I am old enough to have owned MANY). I wanted a top loader again because I was very unhappy with the performance of front loaders. It is fascinating to watch how it "senses" the load and programs itself accordingly after you have applied your chosen settings. It has so many choices and useful features, yet it is very easy to use and custom set for your particular load of laundry. It is very efficient and does an excellent job of actually cleaning well. I even like the cheerful little "song" it plays when starting and stopping...it makes me smile. I especially love the large capacity and the settings for bedding because I have 4 dogs and am constantly washing lots of blankets/sheets/dog beds. It is, as I said, the best washer I have ever owned...and I would recommend it to anyone...in a heartbeat!
