Cleans well, but racks are poorly designed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this because the old dishwasher simply wasn't getting things clean anymore. This one sure does get them clean! We're very pleased with that. The problem is the rack designs. The tines are poorly arranged unless you are washing flat bone china all the time. Deep cereal bowls, thick stoneware items, tall serving utensils, long knives, long stemware and 2 in deep roasting/baking pans are all difficult to accommodate in the racks. Yes, eventually you can fill it up, but it is awkward, the items often are bumping into each other and it takes creativity to fit it all in. Also, the long, 2.5 hour run still leaves items wet despite use of the extra heated sanitize option.

Super quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is so quiet you wonder if it is running. It is. Does an excellent job cleaning dishes while using less water doing it. It is easy to operate. The installation instructions are very well writtten and easy to follow. Been using it for two months now - very glad we bought this dishwasher. Only 'complaints' are: the self closing door takes some getting used to and the load capacity seems a little less than our old unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am delighted and amazed that load after load is absolutely spotless. That was not the case with my old dishwasher; but my Bosch powers off grease, stuck on dirt and leaves my glasses perfect. Thank you Bosch....you live up to your advertising.
