Mostly satisfied

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cleaning ability of this dishwasher is wonderful. My glassware and flatware shine. All dishes have been spotless after washing. The front controls are easy to read and understand. The only complaint I have is that the racks are built to accommodate mostly plates. I wash my pots and pans and other containers and have problems loading them with so many slanted positions.

Great Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tend to read as many reviews as possible before buying anything. The first ones I look at are the one star negative reviews. This dishwasher had many good reviews at different stores and CR magazine.
However, there always seems to be those that find fault with everything. The complaints for this dishwasher were: "doesn't clean the dishes; Stinks; doesn't dry dishes; uses too much rinse aid; it's noisy; stays wet inside; rack difficult to load, and more I don't recall.
There were enough positive reviews to persuade me to buy. I am sure glad I didn't listen to negative reviews which were all completely wrong. I installed this unit myself which was really easy. I know quality construction when I see it. Even though this model is the lower end of the Bosch dishwasher line, it's quailty built for sure.
The dishwaher cleans excellently. The best I have seen from any dishwasher! It drys every item completly including the bottoms of some glasses that usually hold a bit of water. The inside is completly dry after the final cycle. There is NO stink, and I have only cleaned the filter once in 6 weeks. It only uses a small amt. of rinse aid even though it is set at a high setting. I had no problem loading the racks with my dishes. Also, I find it to be quite quiet. I think reviewers with complaints just don't know how to follow directions, and assume this model should work just like their previous unit. This Bosch dishwasher doesn't have a macerator or a heat dry cycle which is exactly why I bought it. Read the manual, follow directions, and it works prefectly.
I really don't see how anyone can fault this dishwasher, It just does what it should, is easy to install, and easy to use. Highly recommend!

Godd jpb pf cleaning the dishes. I like the moveable top tray as it makes it easy to load larger items into the dishwasher. 5Stars.

Very Quiet and cleans well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This diswasher is one of the quietest ones we've ever owned. You have to put your ear next to it to make sure it is running. I only have 2 complaints.
1. There is no light or other indication that the washer is running.
2. The silverware basket it on the side and hard to reach the back without pulling the bottom tray out. My previous dishwasher had the basket on the door where it was easy to reach and load.

Great Machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dishwasher a few years ago when our other gave out. Two of my biggest priorities (aside from cleaning well) was that it was quiet and easy to clean. My last dishwasher sounded like thrashing machine- so much that we couldn't watch TV in living room with it running. This is SO quiet! I used to go check on it, just to make sure it was still running. Also, I wanted one that was easy to take apart & clean, as I've discovered after years of renting houses that dishwashers can hide some nasty build up of food/hair/plastic pieces etc in them. This model is extremely easy to remove parts and clean. In fact, I do about once a week just to get grime/build up off. This machine also cleans fantasticly. I'm thrilled with this machine and had recommended Bosch as well as this model to several people.

So Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love our new dishwasher! Our old one was over 10 yrs old and had been dying slowly. When it finally bit the dust, We got the top of the line and are so pleased. This is easy to use, easy to load, quiet, relatively quick and energy efficient.
