[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with height of low rack space- can fit large pans in nicely. Not so happy with some limitations caused by narrow plate slots, as they don’t accommodate what I use typically for dishware- would prefer upright rather then slanted and wider slots. Like various size silverware slots, but would like holder that runs entire distance front to back. Upper rack nice for stemware/wineglasses. Love how quiet it runs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason we didn't give a 5 is that it developed a dead mouse odor which went away after a week. Powdered detergent is recommended while our preference is liquid. We would recommend it wholeheartedly except for the initial odor problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My honest opinion of this Bosch dishwasher is that I am very pleased with it. I have had many dishwashers over many years and this is the one I like the best. It gets the dishes clean and through some kind of "magic" they are dried without a heating element. The price was reasonable and I would definitely tell anyone who asked that they should get one too.

cleans well, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher cleans the items inside pretty well, but the design of the upper and lower racks are horrible. There is no possible way to load the dishwasher fully because of the design of the racks. Large open holes in the lower rack limit what will safely sit on it. The upper rack times are so close together that typical mugs and glasses won't fit properly and again the amount of items that fit are limited thus reducing the amount of items washed during run.
The door material is extremely flimsy and actually flexes when opening and closing the door. This flexing is clearly due to the thinness of the material used.
The soap dispenser is almost too small for the tablets Bosch recommends for use. You have to place it in the dispenser just right or the slide door of the dispenser will not close. I will not purchase another Bosch dishwasher due to these issues. I've purchased and installed multiple didhwashers by various manufacturers and found your to be the most difficult to install. You sell the hard-wired install option as an aftermarket product? That's rediculous considering most homes/construction codes require it to be hard-wired and not simply plugged in. The way the legs are designed for leveling make it nearly impossible to level the dishwasher once in place.
