Quiet and effective, but difficult to load

It is so quiet that one almost needs a stethoscope to hear whether it is running.
Dishware and flatware come out very clean if egg and dairy matter are removed before loading.

The racks are amazingly poorly designed. Although it it possible to find a place for an individual dish, bowl, cup, tumbler, wine glass, or mug, it is impossible to load many different types of item at the same time; they compete for the various slots provided. We wonder whose dishware was used as a design point.

The flatware holder has graceful curves that create slots of varying sizes. This is pleasing to the eye, but not useful.
When the lower rack is partially filled with items toward the front, pulling it out causes it to fall into a a trough on account of the unbalanced weight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quietest dishwasher we have ever had. The Auto Wash cycle takes care of anything we have put in there to be washed. We don't run ours every day, and it perfectly cleans even 3-day old dried on foods
