What a Disapointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used {gratefully} one or another dishwashers for well over 20 years and expected to be very happy with this one. It has not been a good experience. It claimed to be quiet, and that is very true. That earned it the one star I gave. It is more than challenging to fit my dishes into the convoluted excuse for racks that are provided. Even with practice for more than a month, I still wind up having to wash nearly all of my pots and pans by hand. It is almost like I do not have a dishwasher with the amount I still have to do by hand. I definitely do not recommend this dishwasher!!!

Works well, doesn't last long

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bosch Ascenta works well and is extremely quiet. However, my previous Ascenta lasted less than 6 years. One day, the top sprayer stopped working,] and then it wouldn't turn on at all. I expect dishwashers to last at least 10 years, so we'll see what happens with the new one.

Not too happy

This dishwasher did not meet my expectations. I have to be diligent about not putting wet dishes in or moisture builds up and a slight odor. Wine glasses on top rack will finish cycle with lip marks still on rim. White wine glasses do better than red. Part of the problem may be that I do not wash dishes every night but on average every third day. I have another brand dishwasher in our second home and we do t have any of the problems mentioned herein

tried a Bosch for the first time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] going to break this down into parts. 1st installation instructions vauge at times, there is a leg in the back, middle, bottom that is meant to level the back leg, forget it, everything in front so low to the ground, you cant see it let alone adjust it. useless. the insulation around the unit not wrapped in plastic so when you push it in the hole to "test" the fit, it puffs up and it isnt coming back out. there are rubber "gaskets" along the sides that get stuck and again makes it hard to manuver into place once pushed into the hole under the counter. overall I have installed many a dishwasher in my years, this was the biggest pain. 2nd talk about quiet, it is. you will easily forget it's running. I literally have to stand next to it, look at the lights to verify it's on..Fantastic...3rd it washes great, no problems yet cleaning anything we put in it. overall. I was ready to throw it in the river during install. now that it's in place you cant have it. it's staying
