[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Bosch dishwasher for 12 years and it was great! So when it came time to replace it all I wanted was another I I I I previously had a Bosch. It was hard to believe that this dishwasher cleaned even better. I was surprised when old accumulated tea stains on mugs and cups simply disappeared. I obviously made a gear choice! Thanks for giving me the opportunity to let me know how great your product is.

Cleans great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans great. I like how it looks. However the dish racks and even the utensil holder need an update. Perhaps it's that my dishes are a few years old but I have yet to find how to make them fit. I consider Tetris to be a life skill so this is very frustrating. The utensil holders guide is about two inches too low which causes the utensils to lean over each other, the spooning of spoons does not allow the water to clean between. Thank goodness that this does clean so well or the inadequacies would be enough to return it.

What a joy!

After struggling for years with a barely-functioning dishwasher that came with my house, I finally broke down and made the investment in a Bosche dishwasher that was rated highly by Consumer Reports. The first revelation came with the installation, when the workmen told me about the mistakes they found in the installation of the old dishwasher. Then they gave me a part - no charge - to solve a specific drainage problem. Their work was done quickly, and they were very professional. But then the really good part came when I started using my Bosche dishwasher!
First, I was struck by how quiet it is. I don't even notice it's running. Then there were the options for cycles. I can run a very quick 30-minute wash or choose a half-way point for 1-1/2 hours or do a heavy-duty wash that runs more than two hours. The easiest option is automatic, to let the dishwasher decide for me.
The racks are well-designed, and I can get more dishes a wash than I could before. I can use the silverware basket or set the cover aside for larger utensils, but I don't have to remove the basket and run the risk of losing it.
Overall, the Boshe dishwasher is a joy. I can't say enough about how much easier it has made kitchen cleanup. Thank you, Bosche!

Very Quiet Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the things that I do like: I really like how quiet this dishwasher is. It cleans the dishes well. I have only had food left on spoons that did not get put in very well. I like the different settings. I also like that it does not have a dry feature.
What I do not like: For me, the dishes are too close together in the dishrack. If I were to put dishes in every slot, I don't think they would get cleaned. I don't like the layout of the dishrack. I do not like how the door closes. Sometimes, I worry that it is not closed and water will leak on the floor. Seems improvements could be made on dishracks and closing.

Poor Rack Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dish washer cleans the dishes well and is very quiet. However, whoever designed the upper and lower or racks NEVER loaded a dishwasher in his or her life. There was never any thought to putting anything other than flat dishes into the bottom . The upper rack is slightly better. The bottom line is that because of the racks poor design, much space is wasted and therefore the machine must be run more often thereby diminishing the electrical and water efficiency significantly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
