[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really happy with my new dishwasher. The dishes are turning our very clean and dry. I really like the express wash for 30 minutes. It's really nice to be able to get your dishes clean in 30 minutes when you don't have 2 1/2 hours for a regular cycle.

Love Doing Dishes

I'm still trying to figure out all the features and which wash cycles are best for us. With only 2 people in the house, we don't always have a lot of dishes. It is nice having the Express cycle when you don't have a full load, but the dishes need to be washed.
I am very happy with it and hope to have many years of clean dishes.

Rocky start but working great now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shortly after the unit was installed, I realized it had a problem. Turned out it was a bad water valve, which was a warranty repair. Since then, it has worked great. Nice and quiet and gets my dishes nice and clean. I especially appreciate how quiet it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The upper rack design needs improvement. Two shelves for small cups, like custard or prep cups are fairly useless, and they block much needed space underneath fthem or anything other than more small items. They say you can use them as wine glass stem holders. But how many people put good wine glasses in a dishwasher? The least that could be done would be to allow them to be removed or inserted if needed. Or be able to be flipped up or down. The other downside is the cutlery holder design. Just two large grid-like tops to separate the items from nesting...fine. However, if you have large items (spatulas, basting brushes, etc.) that won't fid in the grid, you need to flip one of the grids up, making only half of the space usable for regular forks, spoons, knives. Two very bad design flaws. Had I really studied the interior design and usefulness, I would have passed on the pruchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bosch is Best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I ran it, I thought something was wrong because it was so quiet. Surely it's not doing anything, right? Wrong. Every dish was perfectly clean. When I first opened it, I thought it looked really small inside. Wrong again. It looks compact on the inside, but it holds A LOT of dishes, which means I'm not running it as often. I love the simple interface. It's easy to see how much time each cycle takes. When the timer shows zero, the dishes are done. We don't shut the door all the way again until the dishwasher has been emptied (this was big problem with our previous dishwasher). I did my research, so I expected a good dishwasher. This one exceeds those expectations. I love it.
