[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am generally happy witht this item but there are a couple of features that I woul like improvement on. The door is somewhat hard to open and I find the posts that hold dishes in place are a little tight making it awkard to fit dishes into the secondary racks of bottom section

Super quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quite dishwasher that really cleans. I almost always use the quick energy saver setting. The dishwasher cleans in 40 minutes when other dishwasher's energy saving settings take an hour or more.

Cycle time and results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher does an excellent job, but the normal cycle time of 2 hrs. & 15 min. is rather lengthy. I have not tried the express wash cycle because I'm not comfortable that the result would be as good as the normal cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it looks like the quality it is and I would have given it a 5 star rating if I could figure out how to change the half load setting after mistakinly choosing it. Even after shutting it off it did not allow me to change it. Perhaps it is only in my model.
We use more square bowls and those don't seem to fit very well in the rack, Other than those two things, I would give it a 5 Star

Does what needs to be done

Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase. It gets my dishes clean and I'm part of the new generation that can actually put really dirty dishes into a dishwasher without the guilt (and waste) of pre-rinsing. I scrape off food chunks, but that's it.
If I could do some redesigning, I'd make 2 changes:
-I'd add a rinse cycle. I really like that feature for when it's going to be awhile before I'm ready to do a full wash.
-I'd make the silverware holder where it could be separated in 2 smaller pieces. Sometimes I need the versatility of a smaller size.

Bosch in the pandemic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is my second Bosch Ascenta. My first lasted 9 years. I loved that diswasher and love this new one as well! MY first Bosch died last August 28. Despite regular checking with stores/websites I was unable to find a Bosch anywhere in our area. However as ratings for other dishwashers were no where near as high and because of my past experience with Bosch I held on until I finally found one locally (It was there last one). So in late February my new Ascenta arrived. So happy to have the newer version of this excellent diswasher.
I would recommend this to a friend!
