Does the job, very quiet, hard to load

It gets the dishes clean, which is its main job, and runs very quietly. But it's hard to load - my dishes just don't seem to fit in those narrow slots, and one side of the top rack, designed to hold stemware, is unusable for anything else because there's no way to remove or lift the thingee that holds the stems to get it out of the way to put anything else there. Also the dryer doesn't work - dishes always left soaking wet.

Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a solid dishwasher, especially for the price. It is very quiet, except for about 15 seconds in the beginning. I haven't quite been able to figure out the best place to put my bowls, but I'm working on that. It fits so much I often have to run it so I have plates & silverware to use. Very happy with my purchase.

Love the dishwasher not so much the utensil holder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher is wonderful. Quiet, cleans well and has a good selection of cycles available. The only down for us is that our flatware does not fit in the utensil rack. Glad I saved the one from our old dishwasher. Our flatware has a wider handle than the rack allows.

Plastic components

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The upper washing arm fell off when I opened the door to load some items. When I pulled the top shelf open, the arm fell off. It was only plastic. My other Bosch dishwasher had metal washing arms.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
