Good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher works as advertised. Be sure to use the drying aid. Our only issue is with the placement of the silverware container. It causes some spaces to be used inefficiently.

The machine does a good job of cleaning the dishes, but the lower rack sometimes does not slide easily in and out, whether there are dishes in it or not. It also takes at least 2 hours to go through most cycles, which seems like an awfully long time. My last (very old) dishwasher only ran an hour, and still got the dishes clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to get this dishwasher as it was top rated by consumer reports. I had a maytag where I used to live. Guess I should have done a little more research. It does a decent job of getting dishes clean but it does not dry. I have called twice and then I read it doesn't have a heating element so one can dry plastics on the bottom rack. I'd rather have a heating element than worry about the occasional plastic on the bottom rack. My dishes come out with wet spots on them which leaves spot marks. It also does a fairly poor job on my cutlery. I use the recommended washing agent and drying agent and use the recommended settings. If I could return it I would.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased Dishwasher for our vacation home at our river house. I received it in good condition. The installation was very easy. I ran it one time to test and everything worked great. I like to note it was very quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher runs silently. It cleans the dishes and plates nicely and is easy to load the detergent and rinse aid. However, after a little more than a month after adding the rinse aid on June 1st, the refill rinse aid light has never illuminated so have not added more rinse aid. The rinse aid light may be faulty.
