Nice product for the cost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At this price point, it's nice that it's mostly stainless in the interior. Downside is that it takes a good, firm pull to get it to open which can be difficult for an elderly parent. It also sounds like something is breaking when you fully close it. It makes very little noise when washing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Frustrating setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is amazingly quiet. However, the setup of the racks is extremely frustrating. The prongs are all slanted and most of them are too close together to load the dishwasher properly. Wish we would have chosen a different model

Quiet and Quick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After listening to my old dishwasher chug and thump for many hours, I was pleasantly surprised the first time I ran my new Bosch Ascenta Dishwasher. The dishes are cleaner, too. My only complaint is that the way that the racks are set up makes it so I load fewer dishes before running it compared to my old dishwasher.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Washes well and quietly but somewhat disappointing

Poor drying, even using the sanitizer function. I understand and accept why. What would help is a stop on the door hinge that keeps the door open an inch for those who would let evaporation finish the process. Instead, I use a wooden spoon as a wedge. Ergonomics are generally poor compared to my last dishwasher. There is no latch, instead you push and pull on the door handle and the catch doesn't work smoothly. No place to safely put chopsticks, have to hand wash. A small amount of water remains in the open sump after the end of the cycle, and combined with even a small amount of food debris in the filter it creates unpleasant odors. Two silverware baskets were provided, but if both are installed they don't fit well no matter how they are positioned. Except for these issues the dishwasher works well and quietly, and has a clean modern look. I probably should have done more research but went with the CR review to save time. It's still ok, I'll keep it.
