[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher does a great job cleaning and drying dishes. Unfortunatly i can't say the same about loading the racks the most stupid design ever, unless your plates and dishes are all the same size, as for loading wine glasses in the racks provided they don't work the glasses fall over (very frustrating) if you load glasses you can't load plates how many of us have odd size containers used for food storage there is no place to put them.The lower rack is a little better, able to accomadate dinner plates and smaller containers used for left overs. overall the dishwasher is very quiet and has a number of different wash cycles, i'm still experimenting with them. prior to purchasing the Bosch i had a Amana dishwasher much better rack design. Bosch fix the racks and you have a great product
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Working great so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I do miss my old dishwasher's heated drying (especially with the amount of plastic containers/tumblers we go through), overall I'm quite happy with this one.
PRO:
- Quiet
- Cleans well
- Digital timer display
- Useful settings/options

- No heated drying
- Racks don't fit our dishes quite as well, and the adjustable sets of tines don't really help.

The dishwasher does a great job washing the dishes. The only negative is a pretty big deal. I'm very disappointed in the racks. It's hard to load the everyday items: dishes, salad plates, cups. The tines are so close together that nothing fits. If I paid more attention to the racks, I would not have purchased this dishwasher. I assumed a rack is a rack. Not so....
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quiet with great cleaning, but drawbacks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE how sparkling clean my dishes are now. And, the quiet is incredible, but not everything is fantastic. A 12" fry pay cannot be washed unless it's allowed to dominate the lower rack, even if the upper rack is in the highest position. Also, the layout isn't very flexible. Still, I'd buy this again happily. I'll just move to smaller skillets the next time I buy any.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is awesome. I can fill it to the max and everything comes out perfectly clean. I was concerned about not having a drying coil like my old dishwasher. It dries everything perfectly. I do open it a little after the cycle is done (the same like I did my previous one) to let the inside dry completely. But you definitely do not have to. It is so quiet!
I would recommend this to a friend!
