Otherwise, it seems to do better than our old dishwasher at cleaning plates/bowls without first rinsing the food off the plates.

Excellent Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher not only gets everything clean, it also gets everything dry. It would have gotten 5 stars except that loading the racks, particulary the upper rack is tricky - glasses and small bowls tend to slide around on the rack. The controls are easy to use and the front controls are excellent and don't require opening the door to adjust or monitor like the top control types.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely pleased with this purchase. It was very reasonably priced. It is very quiet. It cleans my dishes very effectively, The space for dishes and utensils is more than adequate. I love how easy it is to set it to start at a later time. I like running it at night while I am sleeping so water usage is optimized. i always use the auto setting because I'm not sure why I would want any of the others. I have had it for nearly a year and I can't imagine I could have made a better choice. The only thing I have a problem with, which is why it isn't a 5 star, is the rinse aid dispenser. It runs out onto the inside of the door almost immediately and so the needs more light is on often. I think it might be a bad part and so the warranty hopefully will take care of it. I have a repair guy coming out. I like that there was a one year warranty.

Good dishwasher for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the dishwasher is a good one for the price point. This was a replacement for our 13 year old Bosch that we absolutely loved.
The top rack, once I got used to it, is pretty easy to load and it's pretty versatile. The bottom rack really just doesn't work well for me. It's awkward to load and I feel like I can't squeeze things in the right way. I keep trying to find a better way.
While part of the inside is in fact steel, there is more plastic inside than our older model. We're interested in how this will endure over time.
The dishwasher is pretty quiet and we don't have any complaints about the options. This does really burn through rinse fluid though. If you plan to use it, just know that you'll be refilling it quite often.
I would recommend this to a friend!
