Not convenient for all the bowls I use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I realize that my needs are different than most users. I don't wash many plates and saucers. I fix mostly one-pot meals because I live alone. Bosch could alleviate the problem of different customer requirements by offering different styles of racks for different requirements instead of trying to design a one-design-fits-all approach. The rack in my old GE dishwasher worked much better for my needs.
For some reason my dishwasher is leaving the detergent undissolved even after I carefully make sure the closure snaps as per the instructions. This is after only 3 or 4 uses.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

New Bosch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to purchase a new BOSCH because I've always heard what great washers they were.
Since I never used the heating element in my old Kenmore, it didn't bother me that there wasn't one in the new BOSCH. I never had a problem with moisture building up since the steam was vented out the front. The Bosch is vented on the side, which to me, is blocked by the attached cupboard. I changed the setting, making the water hotter and of course, use the rinse aid. Still very wet the next day. I used someone else's idea and wedged a wooden spoon to keep the door open after the cycle was done, so the dishes
dry.
My main complaint though, is the layout of the tines. It is difficult to put items in the washer when the tines are going in different directions. And are different widths. I wish they were just upright and not angled. Some items end up leaning against an item behind it, blocking the cleaning action.
After all my complaints, in most cases, it does clean very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third dishwasher in 6 years. The Whirlpool died in a few months and the GE lasted 5 years. I think buying a Bosch is an upgrade and I'm hoping to get many years out of it. It's quiet and cleans very well, but the cycles are long. It looks great!

Very Quiet and Very Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With our old dishwasher running, it was so loud that we could not hear the TV sound in the next room. This new BOSCH dishwasher is so quiet, the only way we know that it's running is from the LED display on the front panel. It's fabulous! When we unload the new BOSCH dishwasher, all the dishes are really clean and dry. For us, this was a great apliance at a great price.

Cleaning machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new dishwasher cleans great. It isn't noisy (weren't sure from the reviews). Does what we need. We like the retracting/foldable dividers which accommodates different size items.
