Great Features, So Quiet, Cleans Wonderfully

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This truly is a great dishwasher. It not only cleans thoroughly but runs so quietly. I reallly like the moveable top rack. I am able to fit my taller wine glasses in easily. All the dishes dry beautifully by letting the dishwasher complete its cycle to the end. The utensils come out so clean with no spots. We have a problem with hard water but I have not experienced it with this dishwasher. I use all the recommended washing agents. I enjoy running the dishwasher now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hard to Load

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher cleans really well and the top rack loads easily but the bottom rack severely limits what will fit in it. Some wires on bottom are too far apart, letting some items, like jars, fall through. Raised and lowered bottom wires of rack make odd items not fit at all or tip and clink together, causing possible breakage. Spokes are too close together, not even holding casserole lids, some are extremely close together. All spokes are slanted, also limiting what they will hold. If you only want to wash a set of dishes like Bosch shows in their pictures, it would work great, but that's not reality!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great, very quiet and using the 30minute express cycle the dishes are all clean, no dry is no problem as the dishes are dry from residual heat and jet dry. One big + is no problem with plastic getting too hot and melting!!.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how quiet it is. I can't hear it over my ac, which is not louder than any other ac system. I can fit plenty in it. This products works for me because my old dishwasher was more of a place holder (worthless) and I washed all my own dishes. They air dried, so no drying element didn't bother me. It was the only dishwasher in my price range with a stainless steel basin. Cleans very well.
I think it would be improved by a piece that holds the door open, just a crack. The system has no drying element (energy saver) and has a great seal (leak prevention) which holds moisture and can produce a smell over time much like front load washers. I prop it open to let it dry completely and haven't had a smell. For those new to stainless steel, a tag that warns of scratches might be helpful. Wipe it down with soft items not scrubby pads.

Works as advertised

1. Smell of rubber/plastic, especially after the unit has been closed for some time.
2. Difficulty loading large items, such as pots and pans.
3. No instruction on how to pause the unit to add an item after the cycle has started. Apparently, one needs to hit the on/off button, then add the unit, and then hit the on/off button again.
4. No way, as designed, to keep the door ajar, to air-dry after the cycle is ended. We prop it open with a plastic container.
We use the express cycle exclusively, skipping the rinse. It's done in 40 minutes. Then we take the utensils and plastics out, prop open the dishwasher door, and let everything air dry overnight. (Small problem: The utensil holder tends to fall over when placed over the sink.)

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So excited to have a Bosch and it worked great for one week. One day the door seemed tight and then there was a loud pow! The door hinge and pulley came undone. Sad part was when warrenty wouldn't cover this. It was a defect that should have been covered.
