OutStanding Bosch Dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is very quiet, all my glasses/plates fit and it cleans very well. I highly recommend a Bosch dishwasher.

Installation issues

1 Most astonishing was that the installation kit failed to include the power cord!! Fortunately I happened to have saved the one from my previous Bosch and did not need a special trip to the store.
2. The instructions referred to specific screws; however, the screws in the bag were not identified in any manner, nor were the drawings detailed enough to discern which screw was specified.
3. The toe plate holes did not line up with the holes on the body, they were about a 3/16" off. I was able to center the plate and tilt the screws in.
4. In operation, we don't like that the door does not latch.
5. Our last Bosch, the detergent tray broke, and this one also seems to have a weak latching system and may be prone to breaking.
6. The loading trays seem to be made to fit specific types of bowls, not ours.
7. The upper tray has no flat areas, its all contoured, making it less conducive for different sizes of tumblers, cups, mugs, wine glasses, etc.
8. In our last Bosch it was clear how to get the tub to drain after clearing a clog. This one i have to go to the instructions to remember how many seconds to hold which button.

Great Features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our Bosch dishwahser today in good condition. The instllation went smoothly. The quietness of the appliance is far superior to 3what we had before. The stainless steel door/interior is superior also. The automatic closing ,males one stay alert in loading. The improvement over other dishwashers is validated in the sonsumer's report. The cleanliness of the dishes without rinsing first is also a ++++

Looks good, sounds good, not everything lines up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to install this dishwasher myself because I figured it couldn't be that difficult - everything looked pretty standard. And for the most part, I was right. The only hitch came at the very last step, putting the toe piece (bottom cover plate) on. The screw holes did not line up at all - not any way I looked at it, not any way I tried. Other than that, it looks good, it sounds good, and it works great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Dishwasher! So Quiet!

Very solid construction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking for a dishwasher that was quiet, convenient to use, rated and reviewed well. I do believe we found all of that in our new Bosch. We also like the half load capability since we do not regularly generate a lot of dishes with just the two of us. The dishwasher has a very solid feel when closing the door, and despite its light weight, appeared very well made when we looked it over the day of installation.

our fourth bosch dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our fourth bosch dishwasher and we love and have loved them all. Our new one is very quiet and the wife loves the racks. The shipping package was very good, so easy to see if the unit was damaged and yet very tough for hard handling.
