I love my Bosch Dishwasher - mostly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My children gave me a Bosch diswasher and my son (who is enormously clever) installed it. Hooray. I read all the info and was impressed with the pictures of how to load it.
Well, I must admit that the theory of how to load it was fine, but in practice it just doesn't work out. The slanted pegs make the dishes tilt so that they really don't get washed. The straight up ones are fine - the plates go there, but I have a terrible time with other things. The upper shelf is better but you have been far to clever with all the options on moveable parts!
However - it is a wonderful dishwasher indeed. I have never had one that got EVERYTHING so sparkling clean - even steel frying pans and miscellaneous pots. So I grumble and swear at it but continue to use it and rejoice every time I open it to find things so sparkling clean I should keep sunglasses handy for each "opening".

Quality at an Affordable Price.

All my research point to Bosch being the best dishwasher in a price range I could afford. I was so impressed with the small design details that seemed to resemble the kind of thought given to building a Mercedes. The controls and settings are simple and user friendly. The stainless interior is clean looking. The sound level is really really quiet. I love the option to have the dishwasher plug into an outlet instead of hard wired!! This is important should any repairs or changes be necessary. The appliance can just be unplugged! I am proud to purchase an appliance built in the USA! I made a good choice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dishwasher about a year ago. It really gets the dishes clean, even stuck on food like peanut butter and ketchup/mustard. Dishes are very hot when cycle is through especially the sanitize cycle which gave me piece of mind when my daughter had COVID. I like that I can remove one of the utensil baskets if I need more room. The only negative is that I would have liked the tines on the upper rack to be a little bit longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher is quite and does a great job of cleaning the dishes. Much better then our old Maytag. I do not like the silverware baskets. They don't seem like they fit right and we not thought out well.
