Dishes do not get dry!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had a dishwasher where the finished dishes came out dripping wet....until now. I've set every option recommended for better drying but, no, still wet. I do not want to have to hand dry every item in the washer when I take them out! So disappointed. Had high hopes for a superior washer when I bought BOSCH. Not at all satisified.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please know that your feedback is very important to us and will be shared with the appropriate teams for additional consideration. Your dishwasher is designed to dry using the PureDry® condensation drying system. This is an energy-efficient, closed drying system that does not pull in outside air or use an exposed heating element. This process works by heating the dishes with hot water during the final rinse. The cooler stainless steel pulls moisture from the dishes. The inside of the unit will be wet at the end of the cycle, but the dishes should be dry. It's important to note that plastics don’t retain heat as well as other dishware materials and don’t dry as well. To improve drying results, we recommend turning on the Intensive Drying feature. Bosch Ascenta Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our third Bosch dishwasher. Three houses, three Bosch machines. We are most happy with the newest machine, that is as quiet as you could want. Our only issue with the machine(s) is the length of the cycle, but we have learned to run the machine over night or while we will be gone for several hours so it is really not a problem.

Great dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Ascenta dishwasher is surprisingly quiet. It cleans well. I am not sure I would get this size again - I might get a slightly bigger Bosch. But as a person who lives alone, I still only have to run it about every 5 or 6 days. So its big enough. I like its many different cycles you can use. Its great. It was also very highly rated by Consumer Reports.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that my new dishwasher has an express wash option which let's me run a load in 30 minutes! I do however, love the configuration of my old dishwasher better. In this new one I can't load a 9x13 pan, also I can barely fit any bowls in, mine are slightly deeper than a corelle bowl and don't fit well in this machine. I personally would rather have bigger gaps on the far right and left of the bottom rack to use for bigger items, I also rarely use what I would describe as the area that would only fit small plates in the front right. The fold down feature on the top and bottom racks are awkward, and I never use them, also my wine glasses don't fit in the wine glass holder, and when the shelf is folded down to hold extra cups they only fit very short ones. Buy for the brand name, customer service, and express wash, not for the rack features which only work for very select dishes!

We love the quietness of Bosch dishwashers. We have one at our winter home now we have the same one at our summer home. They are unbelievably quiet- great when you have an open floor house plan.
