Tricky to start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher gets the dishes clean and is very quiet, but it is really tricky to start. After closing you push On and then select cycle, then hold the Start button for at least 10 or 15 seconds; sometimes you have to push several times. And if anything on th top rack is close to the front it doesn't start and gives error message h01 but error messages are not listed in the instruction book. Other times it shows 1 minute but just doesn't start. Once you finally ge it to start, it works well and is very quiet.

Bosch Dishwasher

We picked the new Bosch unit as it was in stock and had great customer reviews. Installation was super easy and we like that it plugs into an outlet rather than being hardwired as other units are.It's so quiet and gets our dishes spotless.

My Bosch performs and exceeds Expected Standards

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were forced to replace our 26 year+ Bosch dishwasher only because of a lack of replacement digital parts so without hesitation we again chose Bosch - we have not been disappointed. Our new Bosch performs to Expected Standards efficiently and very quietly. We continue to use traditional"white" appliances and were relieved with of our color options and the new dishwasher fit perfectly in our cabinet space as before. the contols are simple and we chose up the front control display that was more conviently for us as opposed to the under the counter controls on ther Bosch models. We continue to be loyal and happy Bosch users - thank you!

Good machine

Seems to be a great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I decided on a Bosch dishwasher based on recommendations from appliance repairers and a nationaly known consumer advocate. So far, we have not regretted our decision. The dishwasher is extremely quiet and does a great job of wasing the dishes. One complaint that I had noticed in customer reviews was the poor drying capabilities. I know beforehand that the dishwasher had no heating element but I have not noticed any substandard drying. In fact, it seems to dry better than our old dishwasher that had a heating element! We are very pleased with our purchase.

Great Dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After many years of faithful service, my old dishwasher died with a spectacular water leak. In looking for a replacement I read many reviews. Bosch dishwashers consistently came out on top, even at the lower price points. Initially I felt a bit hesitant about a dishwasher without a heated dry function, but have discovered that my Bosch dries every bit as well as my old dishwasher with heated drying. After looking at all the usual local outlets I was unable to see a floor model anywhere, but was able to take a peek at other Bosch models and decided to take a chance. The leak detection feature also sounded good, given my recent experience. Finding a Bosch Ascenta for sale was a bit challenging since they seemed to be out of stock everywhere. I'm glad I persisted and bought the Bosch Ascenta. It works better than expected in cleaning my dishes. I like the interior layout and the controls on the outside front. It has all the features and cycles that I need. It would be nice if the display did not blink red when it's not running - which is easy to fix by turning it off - and if there was an end-of cycle signal, but these are very minor quibbles and I am very happy with my Bosch Ascenta dishwasher.
