Not a reliable or functional machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Continuously get E25 error code. Won't drain at the end of the final cycle. Basket prongs rusted and rollers fell off. Loud. Soap dispenser does not work. Dishes still dirty. Leaves residue. Cycles too long. Uses too much energy and water. Do not buy this machine. Not worth the money. Better to wash by hand or find a different washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So many broken glasses and difficult to load!

The racks are poorly designed.
The top rack is especially difficult to load. Arrangement of the upright prongs makes it a challenge to place drinking glasses every time! I have had this dishwasher for a year, and it has broken at least 10 glasses ~ no matter how carefully and separately they were placed. I had my last dishwasher for 18 years and it never had this problem.

Useless Dishwasher

One star is generous. This dishwasher is useless. We rinse the dishes before putting in the dishwasher, and many still require hand washing afterwards. We have tried various soaps and nothing works. Serviceman was not able to resolve the problem. Former dishwasher (other brand) washed dishes properly. It had to be replaced because a spring holding the door broke. But it was still washing dishes properly after 20+ years. Save your money. Don't buy this dishwasher.

Outstanding Dishwasher
