Very frustrating appliance

I've been using this dishwasher for 3 years now. Love how quiet it is. Washes the dishes fairly well. Only major con is the wheels fall off too easily sending the trays off the rails. Top and bottom. Very frustrating.

The frequent complaints about the door latch are very real. This is a major design floor. First of all, it makes a loud clicking noise. After 3 months, the door no longer stays shut and the washer does not complete the cycle.

Quiet, recessed handle are pluses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher last month when our old one stopped working. We wanted a quiet dishwasher and this one is so quiet that my husband can't tell if it is running when it starts. I love the deep top basket and the recessed handle. The one downside were the installation instructions when it came to the final step: putting in the kick plate. They could use some improvement.
