I just bought this model and it is super! So quiet and you can customize your settings eg. heat dry on or off to save energy

Nice and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded to the Bosch after our old dishwasher died. Consumer Reports listed Bosch as one of the brands that had the fewest number of complaints or service calls. This model was 1/2 price of the the other brands we were looking at. This model is very quiet! Love It! The only issue so far has been the door. Its a tight fit...no mechanical handle as such...just be sure that you have a solid surface to secure the top flanges to....you'll be putting a lot of pressure on the unit opening and closing the door....no leaks....easy to install....

Great Value!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this model to replace our 16 year old Bosch dishwasher. Consumer Reports rated this model as a "best buy"; they were right! It's easy to spend twice as much on a dishwasher, but we got all the features we needed in a dependable Bosch dishwasher without breaking the bank!
We were always impressed with the quietness of our old dishwasher, but this one is even quieter! Very pleased with the overall features and performance of this model. We are happy with the purchase after about six weeks of use. You can spend much more, but it isn't going to get you dishes any cleaner!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wonderful Dishwasher except...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this dishwasher since February and it cleans very well. I replaced a Maytag that was less than 3 years old and had service requirements every year due to poor design on the control panel. Anyway... I digress. The lower rack on this dishwasher falls off the track quite often. I have to stand directly in front of it and pull carefully, or it will slide off. When it is full, this poses a big problem trying to put it all back inside the dishwasher. I looked on YouTube and found videos from 7 years ago that showed this very same issue. The videos also had recent comments addressing the same problem in 2017. Poor design that hasn't been addressed, I guess. Unfortunately, I cannot seem to find anything regarding this issue on the Bosch site. Other than that, I'm pretty happy with my Bosch.

Quiet and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with the dishwasher, it is very quiet, washes and dries the dishes very well. The only issue we have had is loading odd size bowls and casserole style dishes. We have not found the most effective approach to those items versus our previous dishwasher, as of this time. Overall an excellent product which we are glad we purchased.

After 2 horrible dishwashers that constantly left junk on our practically clean dishes, we have a wonderful dishes that NEVER leaves gunk on our dishes! Wonderful!
