This model is perfect in my opinion. It is the most quiet dishwasher, easy to use, did I mention quiet. I would recommend this product.
Pros: quiet, quailty built inside and out

It lasted 6 months before it failed totally

It lasted less than 6 months before it failed completely, needed to pull the circuit breaker to shut it off. It started on its own and could not be shut-off.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This unit DW80J3020US is lacking in features. I would have liked a setting for 'air dry' and a setting for 'rinse and drain'. Maybe even a setting that can be timed because even the 'quick wash' takes 90mins. The dish supports in the inside are a little complicated, straight up and down supports would have been more user friendly. It is very quiet and good looking.

Love this dishwasher-Very quiet ad very effective!! I miss the heated drying, bu I open the door after it is done and air dry..Cleans dirty dishes with ease! Samsung has the best products at the best prices!!

This product is very quiet running. Would prefer to have some bigger slots in lower rack for larger dinnerware. Hard to fit some items in rack conveniently. Like the look.

Quietest Dishwasher I've owned

I was expecting it to be as loud as my previous other-brand dishwasher, which I owned, when I started its wash cycle. I kept thinking something was wrong with it because I could barely here it operating. But sure enough when it was finished, I had clean dishes. By far a huge improvement on these types of appliances. Plus I bought it during the holiday season and got an unbeatable price on it.
