Love how quiet this product is

First of all, I absolutely love this design and it also has great features. My favorite quality about this product is how quiet it is. We have an open living space that is connected with the kitchen. Our couch is not that far from the dishwasher. With our previous appliance we had to wait until we went to bed to run the washer. Not now! We have no problems watching T.V. while running this new one. It is great. The only con is that sometimes our dishes still have some residue even though we use rinse aid. But, it only happens occasionally and I don't want to put the full blame on the washer itself. (It may very well be because of the dish detergent we use.)
Pros: Durable, quiet
Cons: leaves some residue sometimes
I would recommend this to a friend!

Soap dispenser won't dispense. Dispenser lid will not open. The pump needs to be changed already. Using as a dish drying rack now.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, did not last very long, expensive to repair

Bottom drawer is horrible

Issues with bottom drawer staying on track. The wheels do not stay on the track whenever you try to close the bottom rack. The groove on the wheels are not big enough and there is too big of a gap at the hinge and the bottom tray does not stay put. We haven't timed it yet, but the dishwasher seems to run for a long time.
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Hey there! I'd like to help you with the racks of your dishwasher. Pull the bottom drawer towards the front and remove it by lifting it up, then place the rack back to the unit. Before putting the rack, make sure there isn't any material that can interrupt the performance. Horrible dishwasher!

I’ve had this about a year and a half. The wash cycle didn’t finish but the motor keeps spinning without washing. After about 30 minutes I had to unplug it from the outlet so it wouldn’t over heat and catch fire. I will never buy another Samsung appliance ever again.

The Worst Dishwasher Ever STAT AWAY!!!

Where to start: 1. It doesn’t clean our dishes at all 2. I always have to hand wash all of our dishes after they’ve run through the dishwasher 3. The smell that comes from the dishwasher is like an open sewer and your dishes are covered in this horrible, putrified, stinky water 4. It simply doesn’t work at all. 5. I’ve run multiple cycles with different detergents on the same dishes over and over again and they never got clean NEVER!!! 6. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHWASHER - AVOID AT ALL COST. 7. Do you like your sanity? Don’t buy this. 8. It’s currently stuck running right now and we can’t turn it off as it pours water all over our floors. Cut the power, waited. With the door open dishwasher still turns back on. THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD. PLEASE SAMSUNG HELP US OUT HERE.

Great dishwasher but there's some wrong...

In terms of performance, it's a fantastic dishwasher... does a great job cleaning the dishes and runs very quiet.
However, after having had it for a couple months now, there is an awful smell coming from it even when empty. I've never washed anything strange in it or even anything that hadn't already been cleaned off any food scraps so I don't know where it could be coming from. I've checked filters and seals and can't find what it is, I've checked the hoses and the only thing that works is running a cleaning cycle with Tang loaded in the detergent basket. While helpful, it just seem absurd that it's necessary.

The computer board needed to be replaced 12 months and 2 weeks after purchasing. We were told that this special ordered part would take 2-3 months to be delivered and the cost of the part and labor was $425.00. Would not recommend buying a Samsung.
