I just recently refreshed our entire kitchen for Samsung products and this is the best item of all! Gets dishes really clean and the best part is you never hear it! This is the quietest dishwasher I have ever had! Love it!

This dishwasher is very practical for our family. I love that I can fold down the tines on both the top or bottom rack for washing large items like pots and pans. The two flaps on top hold wine glass stems very well, though we rarely use wine glasses. We usually use those instead as a little shelf for spatulas or serving utensils; if we load children's cups below the flaps will fully extend. The covers on the flatware baskets are great for holding in small dishwasher-safe items like pieces for baby bottles or cake frosting tips. It is an incredibly quiet unit and I love that it is water and energy efficient.
The only thing I would change is the Rinse Agent dispenser. To fill you take off the cap and pour in the liquid, but it is very hard to tell how full the reservoir is. It drains through such a tiny hole and is easy to overfill. I wish it had more of a gas tank style gauge (digital or otherwise) saying specifically how much to add. Or etch in "8 oz capacity" and have the light come on when there's one ounce or less remaining in the tank. It isn't a deal breaker for me, I just don't like wasting product. Overall this is an amazing dishwasher that I would highly recommend.

I had trouble upon my first use, I did not have powdered soap or rinse aid. I used what I had on hand, which was pod soap. So the results were not the best. I bought the right products, no problems at all. The dishwasher is performing great. I like the quietness of it, this is what I needed, because my home has an open floor plan. My last dishwasher could not hear the TV.

The first time I ran the dishwasher, I had to put my ear within inches of the door to hear if it was running. It is so quiet. I would buy Samsung all the time, oh wait I just did. What a great product.
