The computer board needed to be replaced 12 months and 2 weeks after purchasing. We were told that this special ordered part would take 2-3 months to be delivered and the cost of the part and labor was $425.00. Would not recommend buying a Samsung.

I like the dishwasher but I would really love it if it would dry my dishes and not have moisture left on the doors and sides. Calling for warranty to schedule an appointment to come look at it, is a joke.

Nice looking and Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I looked around several places to replace my old dishwasher that had a bad control panel. I had never considered a Samsung dishwasher, but im glad i did. It looks great in the stainless finish. I installed it myself pretty quicker and painlessly. Unit is very quiet and it dishware is always clean. Many different mode options and i like the low rinse agent notification light. All in all it is was a great choice for me and my family.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Gets the job done

I've had this dishwasher for a year now. It's fairly quiet and gets the job done. Minor complaints are that the heavy cycle takes two hours to finish and, regardless of the cycle, the dishes never really get dry unless we select sanitize and add a rinse agent. Otherwise, it's functional and works fine. Will likely upgrade from the base model in the next year.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quality Appliance, Clean Dishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took some getting used to having to place dishes in certain places, but once we got past that, it's great. The dishes come out clean every time, and they dry completely. My biggest complaint is that a cycle takes a few hours to complete, but it does a nice job.
