piece of junk. first one delivered with internal damage not discovered until it was installed. second one stopped working after using it only 3 times.

Horrible at drying

leaves the dishes almost dripping wet. i have to leave the door open or dry by hand. we have a 2yr old so guess what we do for safety reasons. the design should have been tested better. a let down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3 years ago i bought set of samsung appliances including , microwave , dishwasher, dryer and washer and fridge. in just 2 years microwave gave up on me.

it doesn’t clean or dry and takes forever. quick cycle takes 4 hours and normal is about 8.

dishwasher is 4 years old and it stopped working. it won't drain the water out. for past year it has not cleaned the dishes very well and leaves food on the dishes on lower rack.

Worst Purchase Ever

please waste your time buying this especially without a warranty. mine was purchased in 8/2016 with 5 year warranty from best buy. 4 years into my warranty the dishwasher was serviced 6 times with an average repair of $600 each time. needless to say after the last repair best buy ended my warranty saying i filed too many claims so now the hunt is on for another dishwasher that won't be a samsung.

i'm giving this 1 star as there is no option to give zero stars.
if you want to pull your dishwasher apart unclog it, replace sensors and watch utube videos and how to correct fault codes, every 4 weeks- this is the model for you.
i finally saw a youtube video thta suggested taking this model to a landfill and that corrected my problems.

Crapped out in under 5 years along with the samsung fridge we bought at the same time. There will never be another samsung appliance in my kitchen.
There will be a Samsung TV in my living room forever, but never another kitchen appliance from samsung again.
